The RTS Scheme is one of the first BIM-compliant projects being commissioned by the Environment Agency’s and is a show piece for this method of working.  Our approach to the video production supports B&V’s commitment to BIM and the principles of PAS 1192, utilising the existing project data from the central data source or CDE (Common Data Environment).  This has helped reduce costs by using and maintaining the project data in a sustainable manner and enabling efficient outcomes through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

The outcome is a model which can be reused as the project develops, a better informed public, and a very happy client who will seek to use B&V in similar tasks and other innovative situations again

  • Landscaping
  • Site Development
Pain points or what to listen for:
  • Visualisations are very expensive and take a long time to produce.
  • Complexes to produce and specialist people are required to produce the output with specialist software.
  • We need to get a clear view of the entire scheme that we can easily communicate to the client and perhaps wider audience of stake holders.
  • What will this look like in the real world.
